BOLINAO 52 Footage on Calisphere

The entire collection of recorded video footage during the production of the film is donated to the University of California, Irvine for research and further understanding of the Vietnamese refugee experience. This collection is now available on Calisphere, the University of California archive. It includes raw video footage used in the creation of the Emmy-winning documentary, Bolinao 52, interviews with Tung Trinh, Bolinao 52 survivor. Duc Nguyen also interviewed Lam Phan (Tung Trinh's son), William E. Cloonan (witness aboard the USS Dubuque), and Carlos Cagusaan (fisherman and rescuer). Transcriptions are included.
